An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of an inspirational team as a Chef de Partie at our Lacock Garden Centre near Chippenham.
The ideal candidate will ideally have a passion for fresh food, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and great motivation are essential.
Your days of work will include working 4 days between Monday to Friday and alternate weekends, no split shifts. Bank Holidays are required.
Chef de Partie Key responsibilities :
Ability to organise and run your own section within the kitchen.Training junior members of staffStock control and complianceYou will need to show great communication skills.Ensuring Company standards and specifications are met and maintained at all timesEnsure the highest possible standard of hygiene is practiced and maintained to meet Health & Safety regulations and food preparation guidelinesBenefits
