Role: Residential Support Worker - Children's Home (EBD) for those with L3 Diploma.
£500 STARTING BONUS: MUST HAVE LEVEL 3 DIPLOMA IN: 'CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE'S WORK FORCE' AND EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH CHILDREN:
Salary: £ £15.50 per hour + £50 sleep-in. Equates to an annual salary of up to £35k depending on experience. £500 starting Bonus
Shift pattern: Great shift pattern on a 2-on, 4-off rolling rota as follows:
Example:
Monday/Tuesday - on shift
Wed/Thurs/Fri/Sat - Off shift
Sun/Mon - on shift
15 hour shift including a day shift and sleep-in combined. 8:00am Start

Requirements of this job:
Essential
Level 3 or 4 Residential Childcare qualification or working towards with considerable progress
Full UK manual driving license
A minimum of 1 year experience working within Children's residential care
Ability to show leadership skills
Ability to engage effectively with children and young people
Experience of managing budgets
Have a genuine interest in working with vulnerable looked after children and young people
Be willing to partake in any training as instructed by the home
Desirable
Previous experience working as a Childcare Practitioner Residential Childcare Setting.
knowledge of the Children's Homes Regulations 2015 including the Quality Standards.
