ESOL Tutor – (Maternity Cover, 1 Year) Location: Canning Town, London Contract: Full-time - Fixed-term (1year MAT) Salary: £32,500 This role involves delivering high-quality teaching, learning and assessment for ESOL students aged 14–19, including learners with complex needs and behaviours. The tutor will create a safe, inclusive learning environment and support students to progress into further education, employment or training. The role requires strong behaviour management, effective student support, and a focus on achieving positive outcomes in engagement, achievement and progression. The tutor will work collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure consistently high standards of teaching, safeguarding and student development.
