The Role
An Assistant Manager is the go-to person in the store on shift. You will inspire your colleagues to deliver the best customer experience and help resolve any issues. You will assist across multiple functions, such as helping customers plan their bathrooms or managing deliveries, all while ensuring safety.
About You
You should have experience managing in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. You will be highly organized, passionate about customer service, and capable of leading and inspiring your team.
