Position Summary
This position sits within the EMEA payroll team based in Budapest. The team is in charge of the end to end delivery of several payrolls across our EMEA region. This role is to ensure the successful delivery of the payroll for international entities with the opportunity to work on other country payrolls over time.

Key Responsibilities
* Collation & Calculation of payroll input where appropriate
* Working within our defined processes to ensure no control or compliance breaches
* Work with the appointed payroll vendor to ensure all payments are efficiently run in a timely manner (employee, third party and statutory)
* Ensure timely delivery of all payroll reports to internal and external customers
* Work with payroll vendor to ensure tax year end reports are delivered in accordance with country legislation and on time
* Providing first line support for all payroll and tax related queries
* Maintain payroll manuals and related payroll instructions
* Assist and support internal and external audit teams
* Work with colleagues from around the business to ensure smooth end to end payroll delivery
* Introduce process improvements within assigned countries and beyond
* Participate in business/functional projects as the need arises
* Any other duties as required to deliver a first class payroll service to our colleagues
* At least 2 years Payroll Experience and technical knowledge of end to end payroll processing
* English and Finnish language skills are essential, additional language(s) is a plus
* Excellent interpersonal skills both verbal & written with the ability to connect with individuals at all levels within the organisation
* Experience of working within a Shared Service/Payroll environment would be preferable
* Strong MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Skills, specifically improved excel skills (including Pivot Tables & Look Up)
* Ability to provide an excellent customer experience to ensure all payroll queries are managed effectively
* Strong organisational skills to ensure the timely completion of the payrolls, within required time scales
* Accuracy, attention to detail and numeracy skills are essential
* Ability to identify and implement process improvement
