Honeycomb Jobs Limited is recruiting a Customs Administrator on a permanent, full‑time basis in Armagh, United Kingdom. The role involves processing import and export documentation, customs clearances, invoicing, and VAT calculations, while responding to customer queries efficiently and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities
* Process import and export documentation and facilitate customs clearances.
* Prepare and reconcile invoicing and calculate VAT.
* Respond promptly to customer queries and provide high‑level customer service.
* Ensure compliance with customs regulations and legislative procedures.
* Manage a busy workload, multitasking effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications and Experience
* Previous administrative experience, preferably in a customs role.
* Knowledge of import/export procedures and customs clearance.
* Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
* Experience in a fast‑paced environment, capable of multitasking.
* Proficiency with relevant software application tools is desirable.
Working Hours and Conditions
Monday‑Friday, 9 am – 5 pm, with some flexibility for hybrid working. The position requires 1‑4 weekend covers.
Salary
£30,000 – £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
