This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional who is committed to ensuring all pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities receive the support they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. The role is a full time position that will be ongoing for 6 months due to an unexpected absence due to illness. The roles working hours are 8:20am to 4:00pm from Monday to Friday. The school has a great pastoral team with an assistant SENDCO to help support. The Role: Lead and manage the school's SEND provision in line with the schools policies Identify and support students with SEND, ensuring appropriate interventions are in place Work closely with senior leaders, teachers, support staff, parents/carers, and external agencies Oversee EHCP processes, reviews, and statutory documentation Monitor progress and outcomes for pupils with SEND Promote an inclusive culture across the school To be considered for this role, we will need - Proof of Right to Work, this could be your Passport or Birth Certificate.
