The Accounts Assistant will provide essential support to the Financial Controller and Management Accountant, assisting with day-to-day financial operations and administrative duties.
This role requires a reliable, organised and approachable individual who ismitted to delivering high standards of accuracy and customer service.
Key Responsibilities – Finance Team
1. Process and manage employee expenses
2. Assist with stocktake processes and related reconciliations
3. Maintain and update Special Price Agreements
4. Manage and update the Import Log
5. Prepare rebate calculations and supporting documentation
6. Maintain the Periodic Maintenance Log
7. Administer and monitor Fuel Card records
8. Provide telephone support for HQ as required
9. Process Matrix requests
10. Maintain and update the sales ledger
11. Administer the online shop platform
12. Set up new customer accounts and delivery points
13. Post Credit Card, PayPal and SagePay receipts
14. Process credit card payments
15. Purchase ledger responsibilities including invoice matching and inputting supplier invoices
16. Manage and respond to emails in the HQ mailbox
17. Prepare daily banking
18. Provide general administrative support as required
