We have a new temporary role for a maintenance carpenter to join a world famous University based near Uxbridge. This role will be paid weekly at 25.86 per hour (umbrella rate) and is a static role based at the University campus in Uxbridge. Your working hours will be Monday-Friday 8-4, which is a 35 hour week.
Within this carpenter role you will be joining a team of skilled maintenance technicians. This is a varied maintenance role where you will be responsible for fabric maintenance, carpentry and also reactive works and PPMs. There is also an emphasis on fire door checks and maintenance.
For this carpentry role we are looking for:
* A level 2 or 3 in Carpentry
* Building services maintenance experience of fire door checks and maintenance
* Fabric maintenance experience as well as multi trade building services maintenance experience
* Able to start a new role from April.
