Job Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality customer support via phone, chat, and email
* Develop and implement customer service policies and training materials
* Assist in compliance and internal audit roles as needed
* Build effective relationships within the team and with customers
* Support trading, risk, and other operational roles as required
Qualifications
* Experience in gaming and wagering industry preferred
* Customer service experience in a call center environment
* Proficiency with Intercom or similar customer support tools (admin level)
* Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure
* Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Location and Salary
Position based in Leeds or surrounding areas, UK. Salary ranges from £27,000 to £28,000 plus benefits, with flexibility.
