The Opportunity
This opportunity will ideally suit an enthusiastic, theoretical, and practical engineer who has graduated with a degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electromechanical Engineering.
You will be working within a small team with real responsibilities, and you will be encouraged to develop your technical skills through various on-the-job learning experiences.
Your main areas of responsibility will include:
* Electrical Control System Design
* PLC Software Design
* HMI Software Design
* System Documentation
* Commissioning
* On-site Commissioning/Fault Finding and Customer Acceptance
Our Requirements
Applicants should have a strong knowledge of electrical principles along with a proven interest in controls and/or automation.
The role can be customer facing, and therefore you will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will need to be self-motivated .
The role will involve from time to time onsite work and you will be expected to travel in the UK and overseas for Commissioning/Fault Finding and Customer Acceptance
You will have a full UK driving licence and You must have the right to work in the UK at the start of your employment.
