Senior Land Manager About the Role VirginLand are seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Land Manager to help drive the next stage of our growth. You’ll play a leading role in identifying, appraising, and securing land opportunities while building lasting relationships with landowners, developers, and agents. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, someone confident in negotiation, commercially sharp, and passionate about making deals happen. You’ll also support and mentor a growing team of Land Managers, helping them to develop and succeed alongside you. Key Responsibilities Identify and place live opportunities with our growing client base Appraise and assess potential sites for planning and viability. Negotiate land transactions and manage deals through to completion. Support and oversee the growth and development of a talented land team. Collaborate closely with internal planning, tech, and sales teams. Develop acquisition strategies that align with VirginLand’s growth and financial objectives. Stay ahead of market trends and spot emerging opportunities. Bring an entrepreneurial approach and fresh thinking to the role. Desired Experience • Degree-level education in Real Estate or a related field. • 5 years’ experience in land acquisition. • Proven record of successful land transactions. • Experience managing or mentoring a team.
