Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity available for a Solicitor to work within our Clinical Negligence team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years PQE.
You will have the opportunity to make a real difference to those whose lives have been impacted by Clinical Negligence including claims against the NHS and private treatment provided by hospitals, GP’s and Dentists.
Types of claims include, but are not limited to, brain injuries, birth injuries, delay and misdiagnosis including cancer claims, poor surgical technique and incorrect treatment. You will be working on a variety of cases including claims on behalf of minors, through to fatalities. As someone continuing to build their career within this specialist area of law you will enjoy the autonomy of running a small caseload (subject to experience and supervision) but also have the opportunity to assist a Partner working on cases of varying complexities and values which can include those exceeding the value of £1 million.
A tailored approach to our clients is taken, therefore client care skills along with experience in clinical negligence claims is essential.
You will be working within a friendly, sociable and incredibly supportive team with additional opportunities for enhancing your business development skills with career progression opportunities.
