What We Need:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
* Curriculum Knowledge-Strong grasp of the KS3 and KS4 Maths syllabus.
* Valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply) and UK right to work.
* A teacher who values classroom discipline and student achievement.
Key Duties:
* Plan and deliver Maths lessons for KS3 and KS4 students.
* Prepare pupils for their GCSE Maths examinations.
* Mark student work and provide clear, helpful feedback.
* Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a focused learning environment.
* Simplify complex mathematical concepts for all ability levels.
* Organise and prepare all necessary learning materials for lessons.
* Monitor and report on student progress to the department head.
* Follow all school safeguarding and student safety protocols.
