Job Opportunity: Project Manager
Due to increased workload, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. The role involves managing projects valued between £3m and £20m within a 30-mile radius of Harrogate.
The successful candidate will work alongside our extensive team, overseeing all aspects of each project from Pre-Construction to on-site management. Responsibilities include managing internal staff and sub-contractors, health and safety, works programming, client and architect liaison, and procurement of materials and sub-contractors to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
Experience and Qualifications
* Proven track record in delivering construction projects on time and within budget
* Minimum of 10 years of Site Management experience
* Extensive knowledge of construction processes and industry best practices
* Proficiency in Microsoft Project
* Strong commitment to quality and repeat business
* Experience in people management and excellent communication skills
* Good IT skills and a minimum SMSTS qualification
