Job Description
We are seeking a Primary Teacher who will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to pupils in a Key Stage 2 class. The role involves creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where all children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. The school located on outskirts of Banbury is a lovely friendly primary school with a supportive leadership team, who encourage staff training and development.
Key Responsibilities: Teaching& Learning
* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Use a range of teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
* Assess, monitor, record, and report on pupils progress.
* Provide constructive feedback to support student development.
* Create a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages learning and curiosity.
Classroom Management
* Maintain high standards of behaviour using positive behaviour-management strategies.
* Establish routines that promote respect, responsibility, and independence.
* Ensure the classroom is organised, well-resourced, and conducive to learning.
