An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Estates team covering the South East region within the Property division of ASDA. Reporting to the Senior Asset Manager, you will be a key member of the team, putting the customer at the heart of all you do.
This regional role will focus on formulating asset strategies, driving value from a growing estate through optimisation, alongside day-to-day management of our portfolio.
The role requires working with landlords, tenants, construction teams, FM, and consultants to deliver property solutions for our estate and to support retail operations.

* With hybrid working, ideally live in the south of the UK but with the ability to travel to Leeds Home Office when needed. Three days a week to be spent in site or in an agreed Asda Hub.
* Landlord, consultancy, or occupier background.
* Estate Management, L&T, and/or transactional experience.
