Our client, a leading international Law Firm, seeks an experienced non-contentious construction Lawyer to join its Edinburgh team. This high-profile role offers the chance to advise on major infrastructure and energy projects across the UK and internationally.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Advising a diverse portfolio of national and international clients, primarily in energy, infrastructure, and built environment sectors.
2. Providing strategic, commercially focused legal support on large-scale transactions.
3. Managing client matters independently while mentoring junior team members.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7+ years’ PQE with extensive experience in non-contentious construction law, with strong expertise in drafting and negotiating construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, NEC, iChemE, JCT).
