Are you an engineer with hands-on experience, seeking to leverage your technical knowledge in a client-facing, commercial role?
This is a unique opportunity to enhance the sales team’s credibility and explore new avenues in the renewables sector as a Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop long-term strategic client and channel relationships in the renewables sector.
* Manage technical proposals and bids within the Business Development team.
* Seek new opportunities by targeting potential clients, regions, and projects.
* Assist in devising and executing sales strategies.
* Collaborate with the Delivery team for seamless project handovers.
Candidate requirements:
Ideally based in the UK.
Engineering degree or equivalent, preferably with a Chartered or Incorporated qualification.
Key skills include:
* Engineering qualification or equivalent.
* Experience with load monitoring equipment or a technical engineering background.
* Experience in the UK renewables community, especially wind, oil, and gas (desirable).
* Team player attitude.
* Proficiency in IT tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and willingness to learn new applications.
* Full UK driving license.
