Role overview
Retail Sales Colleague – Guiseley, Currys, Guiseley. Permanent, part‑time. 8‑15 hours per week, flexible hours. Pay: £12.71 per hour plus an average bonus of 89p per hour, increasing to £13.01 after successful probation. Working in a supportive team focused on providing excellent customer service.
As a Retail Sales Colleague you’ll attend a 2–3 day induction, learning product knowledge and sales skills. You’ll sell, serve and support customers, and work across a variety of departments and product ranges.
Our stores are open 7 days a week, generally between 9am and 8pm, including Saturdays and Sundays, though hours vary locally.
Responsibilities
* Ask the right questions to match customers with products.
* Make every customer interaction memorable.
* Offer support services such as delivery, installation, recycling and payment options.
* Contribute to overall store sales performance.
* Work across different departments and product ranges.
* Support store operations by completing operational tasks.
Qualifications
* Approachable and friendly.
* Willingness to learn about the latest technology.
* Comfortable achieving personal sales, service and customer experience targets.
* Strong team player, confident working across all parts of the store.
