Pay Rate: £26,919 per annum+ overtime for some hours

Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7 (including working weekends), must be able to work an 8 hour shift anytime between 8am-8pm (08:00-20:00)

At DHL, we manage the stock levels, customer services and distribution of these orders.
We're now looking for a Retail Shop Team Leader who will play an integral role in the prisoners' lives, working with a diverse team to support their rehabilitation.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Leading a group of prisoners in a convenience store environment
* Reconciling stock levels within the warehouse operation (based on-site at the prison)
* Managing the shop floor, supporting inmates with any queries about the store
* Ensuring operational targets are met and exceeded
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Can provide three years of UK address history (mandatory for enhanced security clearance)
* Are comfortable working in a prison environment, alongside inmates
* Have a good understanding of warehouse and/or retail processes – but it's not a deal breaker as we will provide full training!
* Have good communication skills
