Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant - SEN HubLocation: B92 (willing to travel to surrounding areas)Pay: £93-£108 per dayAbout the Role:We are seeking a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team, supporting children in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Hub. You will work closely with pupils with a range of additional needs, providing one-to-one and small group support, helping them achieve their full potential.Key Responsibilities:Supporting pupils with SEN in the classroom and SEN HubDelivering tailored learning and support programsAssisting with behaviour management and fostering positive relationshipsMonitoring and reporting on pupil progressCollaborating with teachers and other staff to provide holistic supportRequirements:Previous experience working with children with SENKnowledge of SEN Hub practices and support strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFlexible and willing to travel to surrounding areasBenefits:Competitive daily rate of £93-£108Opportunity to make a real difference in children's livesSupportive working environmentAspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
