Pay rate: £14.40/hour
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7 (including some weekends)
Shift times: between 7am and 6pm, so your evenings are yours again!

Your day-to-day:
* Supervise and assist enhanced inmates in preparing and serving meals
* Ensure kitchen cleanliness and accurate stock checks
* Complete all paperwork and compliance forms
* Maintain high food standards within a set menu
* Be a strong team player and handle challenges professionally
What we’re looking for:
* Lived in the UK for the past 5 years
* Legal right to work, able to pass security vetting and DBS checks
* Previous supervisory experience
* Relevant culinary qualification
* Experience in a large-scale kitchen
