The Opportunity
SmileWhite is seeking two ambitious and detail-oriented Client Finance Agreements Executives to manage the crucial post-sale stage of the patient journey. Your primary responsibility will be to guide patients through their finance agreements with accuracy, care, and professionalism—ensuring everything is handled seamlessly once they’ve chosen to proceed with treatment.
This is a commercially focused role where you’ll play a key part in finalising treatment plans, securing finance approvals, and ensuring all agreements are processed correctly, directly contributing to SmileWhite’s growth.
The Role
As a Client Finance Agreements Executive, you will:
* Take ownership of the finance agreement process after patients have committed to treatment.
* Clearly explain finance options, repayment structures, and terms in a patient-friendly way.
* Accurately process finance applications, ensuring full compliance with all regulations.
* Manage all finance-related documentation, chasing any missing information promptly.
* Proactively follow up with patients to resolve outstanding queries and secure timely agreement sign-off.
* Keep CRM systems up to date with precise finance and agreement records.
* Act as a trusted and professional point of contact, reinforcing SmileWhite’s premium, patient-first brand.
What We’re Looking For
Skills & Experience
* Prior experience handling finance applications/agreements (e.g., loans, credit agreements, healthcare finance, or retail finance).
* Strong administrative and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Confident explaining finance terms and processes in simple, reassuring language.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Experience in a regulated industry (healthcare, finance, legal, or insurance) is highly desirable.
