You’ll also lead biddable strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and TikTok, alongside managing Programmatic campaigns via DSPs (preferably StackAdapt).
The Role
* Full time
* Responsible to: Head of Paid Media
Loom Digital is an ambitious and growing, B Corp certified, digital marketing agency with exciting plans for the next three years, and we’re looking for a forward-thinking, autonomous Senior Paid Media Manager to join our expert Paid Media Division.
This is an exciting opportunity to join us as we embark on a new three-year growth plan. Our client base is solid and varied, encompassing a diverse range of sectors, including both B2B and e-commerce. You’ll play a pivotal role in leading overarching paid media strategies, driving innovation, and shaping how we deliver performance media in a rapidly changing digital landscape. We’re looking for someone who’s not just passionate about Paid Media, but also ready to influence how it evolves, mentor junior team members, and proactively drive commercial growth both within Loom and for our clients.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Paid Media Manager, you’ll take full ownership of campaign delivery, in‑depth analysis, and top‑level client relationship building. You will be completely comfortable leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), upselling agency services, and pacing large monthly budgets.
You will be responsible for mentoring and managing team members, fostering their development, and acting as their primary escalation point for technical troubleshooting. You will also collaborate closely with our multi‑channel service team to ensure biddable media integrates seamlessly with broader digital marketing strategies, such as SEO and Content.
Responsibilities

* Team Management: Directly managing team members, conducting 1‑to‑1s and upskilling the team on platform best practices.
* Client Relationship Building: Acting as the senior point of contact for high‑tier clients. Leading weekly/monthly performance calls, QBRs, and translating complex data into actionable commercial insights.
* Commercial Growth: Identifying new opportunities for clients, pitching strategies, and proactively upselling services to grow client accounts.
* Budget & Autonomy : Owning, forecasting, and pacing large client budgets effectively, demonstrating a highly self‑driven and autonomous management style.
* Advanced Tracking & Reporting : Building and maintaining automated reporting dashboards (e.g., Data Studio) and utilising GA4 and GTM at a highly proficient level.
* Programmatic Delivery : Proposing and delivering Programmatic campaigns (preferably via StackAdapt).
* Industry Expertise : Keeping up to date with changes in the digital marketing industry, implementing new online marketing opportunities, and sharing knowledge with the team and clients.
* AI Proficiency & Innovation: As a forward‑thinking agency, we actively embrace the future of digital marketing. You will champion the effective and ethical use of AI within our Paid Media division, ensuring both our team and our clients stay ahead of the curve.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone passionate, inquisitive, conscientious, and commercially minded with exceptional client management skills. If you are an ambitious Paid Media expert who thrives on autonomy and delivering great results, this role is definitely for you.
* Experience : 5+ years of hands‑on paid media experience, specifically within an agency environment (this is essential).
* Expert Proficiency : You are entirely self‑sufficient and operate at an expert level on core platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) and are highly proficient in tracking and analytics (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio).
* Leadership : You have a proven track record (or a strong aptitude and desire) for line management and team mentoring.
