We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the operations of our dining establishments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary arts, with a passion for delivering exceptional service. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining high-quality food production. The Food & Beverage Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience while managing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage services.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
* Train, mentor, and manage staff to foster a positive work environment and enhance team performance.
* Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage costs effectively to maximise profitability.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and enhance the overall dining experience.
* Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
Experience
* Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential.
* Strong knowledge of bartending practices, kitchen operations, and culinary techniques.
* Demonstrated ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering teamwork.
* Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is required.
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
