Global Sales Manager – Aughton Fragrances
Aughton Fragrances, the youngest UK based Fragrance House, is looking for an experienced Global Sales Manager to drive our international growth. This is a pivotal role where you’ll shape global sales strategies, expand our presence in key markets, and build long-term partnerships with clients across the fragrance industry.
This role will be considered a step towards a sales directorship.
What you’ll do:
* Develop and execute global sales strategies tailored to fragrance and personal care markets
* Identify opportunities across fragrance segments including fine, home, personal and industrial fragrance
* Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and brand partners worldwide
* Negotiate high-value contracts and partnerships to maximize revenue and visibility
* Lead and mentor regional sales teams, setting clear KPIs and fostering collaboration
* Represent Aughton Fragrance at international trade shows and industry events
What we’re looking for:
* Proven track record in international sales leadership within fragrance, at least 5 years within a fragrance house
* Deep understanding of global fragrance markets and consumer trends
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones
