Our VVIP private jet management client is looking for a Head of Operations to join them on a permanent basis at their headquarters in Africa to lead the overall operations of the airline.
On offer is a permanent contract with excellent pay and benefits.
Duties & Responsibilities
Overall management and supervision of aircraft.
Full operational oversight of private jet operations, including flight planning and execution.
Comprehensive crew management (flight crew and cabin crew), including recruitment, training, and performance oversight.
Oversight of aircraft maintenance, airworthiness, and compliance with international aviation standards.
Strategic operational management and coordination with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Ensuring the highest standards of safety, security, and confidentiality at all times.
Role Requirements
Strong background in aircraft operations, fleet management, and maintenance oversight.
Prior experience working with government, head-of-state, or VVIP aviation operations is highly preferred.
Extensive experience in private jet or VVIP aviation operations, preferably at a senior or director level.
