An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Associate or an associate ready to take the next step to join a nationally recognised Construction team at a leading legal and professional services firm.
The Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking firm, working on high-profile construction disputes and advisory work. The successful candidate will provide strategic advice on fire and building safety issues, remediation procurement strategies, and complex legal claims, including multi-million disputes in arbitrations and court proceedings.
You will work closely with industry-leading clients, including major housebuilders, and collaborate with multidisciplinary experts across architectural, engineering, and project management disciplines.
Ideal Candidate
The firm is seeking an ambitious and skilled solicitor with:
1. 5+ years PQE in construction litigation (including professional negligence work).
2. Strong interest in wider political issues and policies impacting clients in the construction and development industry.
