Job Description:
Would you like to join one of the largest accountancy practices in the area? Become part of a friendly team with a great spirit of collaboration within a Private Client Tax environment. The office is a 13-minute walk from Salisbury Train station, situated in the centre of a lovely market town.
You will join a team managing a diverse portfolio with some complex issues. Known for its Landed Estates and rural business expertise, the team acts for several titled families.

Key responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of personal clients with complex tax affairs, including HNWIs, Landed Estates, agricultural clients, entrepreneurs, Partnerships, and Trusts.
* Assist Partners and Directors with, and lead on when appropriate, tax planning initiatives such as succession planning through trusts and corporate structures, addressing capital gains and inheritance tax concerns.
* Liaise with other service lines to deliver work to clients, e.g., Accounts & Corporate Tax work.
* Oversee compliance and advisory tasks performed by junior staff.
* Maintain strong client relationships and support senior team members in identifying new business opportunities.
* Develop junior team members through feedback and technical and personal development support.
Qualifications:
* Significant experience in a professional services firm with knowledge of private client tax issues.
* Proven technical skills and ability to communicate complex messages effectively.
* Experience in tax planning/advisory projects and managing compliance issues.
* People management and organizational skills.
* Qualified Chartered Accountant and/or Chartered Tax Adviser (ACA / CTA).
