This full-time, permanent role involves leading and developing your team, driving operational excellence, and ensuring compliance across transport operations.
\n Transport Shift Manager Key Responsibilities: \n \n \n Deliver OGSM targets through KPI management and performance coaching. \n Champion health and safety and ensure legal/audit compliance. \n Collaborate cross-functionally to improve performance and embed MMID behaviours.
