Overview
Pareto is a leading supplier of fully integrated digitised processes and automation solutions within the financial/fintech markets. We are looking for ambitious, customer‑led candidates with commercial acumen and excellent communication skills to build relationships and grow revenue with existing clients.
Base Pay Range
* Competitive basic salary of £30k
* OTE/Commission to bring the total package to an initial £40k

Responsibilities
* Deliver on assigned revenue and profit margin targets
* Develop account plans and strategy for a defined group of existing customers
* Collaborate with the wider Account Business and New Business teams
* Manage customer relationships, actively listen to their needs, and cross‑sell services
* Build deep solution knowledge and maintain a thorough understanding of the marketplace, competitors, and customers
Requirements
* Ideally degree‑level educated – not essential
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with enjoyment of engaging with others regularly
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed
