Responsibilities

* Excellent classroom management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to build strong student-family relationships
* Experience working with a multidisciplinary team
* Commitment to inclusive education
* Proficiency in assessing student progress and adapting teaching strategies
* Ability to develop engaging and differentiated lesson plans


Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong foundation in primary education and a proven ability to work effectively with students who have SEMH and Autism needs. You should be a highly motivated and dedicated individual with a passion for supporting children\'s development.

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
* Experience working with children with SEMH and Autism needs (essential)
