No prior care experience is necessary, as we will provide comprehensive support including face-to-face training, e-learning, and shadowing.
New staff will be supported to complete their Care Certificate and obtain a nationally recognised Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or relevant field, in partnership with Paragon Skills.
*Roles are paid at an hourly rate of £12.70, which equates to an annual salary of approximately £27,734.40 based on a 42-hour workweek. The salary is for illustration purposes only. NLW applies and will be pro-rated based on contracted hours.
This is a full-time contracted position, with shifts that can vary across days, nights, and weekends, offering flexibility to accommodate your commitments.

Main Responsibilities
* Support service users to lead full, active lives aligned with their wishes and support plans
* Ensure safety and safeguard welfare, taking appropriate action when needed
* Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach
* Assist with social activities, manage finances and medication, support practical tasks, and respect personal care needs
* Act as a point of contact for families and social workers
* Report and record issues related to health and wellbeing
* Follow health and safety regulations and maintain professional boundaries
* Adhere to organisational policies and demonstrate core values
