Our client is a leading UK main contractor specialising in cladding remediation and fire protection works. Due to a strong order book and an expanding pipeline of secured and future projects, they are seeking an experienced Clerk of Works to drive quality, compliance, and technical excellence across a portfolio of national remediation schemes. Key Responsibilities: * Undertake detailed site inspections to monitor progress, identify defects, and ensure works are delivered in accordance with technical specifications, approved details, and regulatory requirements * Champion quality assurance and inspection processes, producing clear and accurate reports covering health & safety, construction progress, non-conformances, defect resolution, and regulatory compliance * Work closely with Building Control bodies, ensuring inspections, approvals, and documentation are fully compliant with statutory requirements * Support and monitor compliance with the Building Safety Act, including PSR (Project Safety Regulator) Gateway submissions and approvals * Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and clients, providing clear, factual guidance to support compliance and best practice * Lead and contribute to progress and quality meetings, confidently influencing outcomes and ensuring adherence to building regulations and fire safety standards across live sites Candidate Profile: * Extensive experience in façade remedi...
