Regional Business Development Manager - South-East England

Location: Field-based throughout the South East (precise regional remit to be agreed on an individual basis)
Salary: £26-35k base (depending on experience) + commission (£40-50k OTE) + £3k car allowance

You’ll be the face of Bar Juice 5000 and SNÜ, a well-established e-liquid product and our entrant into the nicotine pouch space respectively. Your focus will largely be on driving existing business and improving our service offering to existing customers in your area, with flexibility around how your patch is defined and what you’re doing to go after it. Generating new business will also be a key part of your role.
There’s no pressure cooker culture here. You’ll be part of a delivery-first set-up with a smart-casual dress code, trusted to get on with your work. You’ll have the tools and support needed, without micromanagement.
Occasionally, you’ll meet with colleagues on-site in Bolton, but these will be infrequent (about once a quarter). The rest of the time, you’ll be in the field, reimbursed for mileage and vehicle usage through a monthly car allowance.
You’ll also represent our brands at trade shows and industry events, with ongoing updates on product compliance as needed.
Ideally, your coverage area would include cities like Brighton, Bournemouth, Southampton, and surrounding regions. We are open to reasonable adjustments based on your preferred patch size.
What you’ll do
1. Drive existing and new business across vape retailers, convenience stores, and similar outlets.
2. Manage your territory, pipeline, and strategy from initial contact to closing.
3. Maintain and grow the accounts you acquire.
4. Build strong relationships with store owners and managers.
What you’ll need
1. Approximately 3-4 years’ experience in business development, sales, account management, brand ambassador, or customer service roles.
2. A full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle (reimbursed monthly).
3. Experience in field-based roles.
4. Experience working with vaping, nicotine, or tobacco products.
5. FMCG or impulse product sector experience is advantageous but not essential.
6. Confidence in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
