Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Manager to lead the vision, development, and delivery of innovative product solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, engage with customers, and drive product initiatives that support both market needs and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Define Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and long‑term strategy aligned with market trends and business goals.
* Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless product development and successful product launches.
* Feature Prioritization & Roadmapping: Evaluate and prioritize product features based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility. Build and maintain an actionable product roadmap.
* Customer & Stakeholder Insights: Gather, analyze, and synthesize feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams to inform decision‑making and guide product iterations.
* Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end‑to‑end product lifecycle—from concept to launch—ensuring high‑quality deliverables and continuous improvement.
* Performance Monitoring: Track product performance using metrics and KPIs, and leverage insights to optimize user experience and drive growth.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Proven experience in product management or a related role.
* Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
