About The Role
Are you passionate about developing people and helping them be the very best they can be? At MAB, we’re looking for an experienced Core L&D Consultant to join our high‑performing Learning & Development team. You’ll play a key role in shaping the capability, confidence and performance of Mortgage Advisers across our network by delivering and continuously improving training that makes a real difference.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Design and deliver engaging induction programmes for new Mortgage Advisers
* Create and develop training programmes across Mortgage Advice and Protection
* Coordinate and deliver learning initiatives, ensuring effective evaluation and continuous improvement
* Ensure all required compliance and regulatory training is completed and consistently maintained
* Gather and analyse post‑course feedback to inform enhancements
* Maintain up‑to‑date Adviser guides, training assets and learning materials
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
* Experience delivering virtual training programmes, or knowledge of Mortgage Advice and/or Protection
* Candidates with experience working as or as part of a Mortgage Broker would be highly desirable
* Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with an engaging communication style
* Understanding of learning styles
* The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
* Strong relationship‑building capability
* A flexible and adaptable mindset, able to work to tight deadlines
