Key Accountabilities
* Report to the Area Manager and create and drive the ultimate Charlotte Tilbury brand experience by exceeding KPIs and inspiring the team.
* Be a customer experience pioneer – turn customers into Charlotte Tilbury ambassadors and ensure they return.
* Coach and mentor the team, supporting development through on‑the‑job training and ongoing support.
* Collaborate and innovate across retail and head office, building lasting relationships.
Requirements
Your Skills and Experience
* Proven management experience at Deputy Manager level or above, with a track record of delivering exceptional results in KPIs and people management, ideally from beauty, retail or FMCG.
* Core leadership skills – inspire the team to excel and empower them to think limitlessly.
* Highly organised and a problem‑solver with an innovative spirit, able to adapt style and implement processes.
