Key responsibilities of the Temporary Executive Assistant include:
3. Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior C-suite individual.
4. Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling to ensure efficient time management.
5. Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas.
6. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
7. Organise travel arrangements and itineraries for executives.
8. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
9. Assist with general office tasks to support the secretarial and business support department.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Temporary Executive Assistant will have:
10. Proven experience in an EA position supporting C-suite members.
11. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
