Contract Opportunity: Group Service Desk Analyst (Italian Speaking)
Location: Hybrid (UK)
Contract Length: 6 Months
Start: ASAP
I’m supporting a well-known organisation with the hire of a Group Service Desk Analyst to join their IT Support function on an initial 6-month contract. The client’s name is confidential, but they are a large, established business with a strong internal tech environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing first-line IT support across Microsoft, Mac and mobile devices
* Troubleshooting hardware, software and user-access issues
* Logging, triaging and resolving tickets within agreed SLAs
* Supporting users across multiple regions, including Italy
* Working within a service desk environment that uses both voice bots and chatbots (no AI involvement required)
What We’re Looking For
* Fluent Italian speaker
* Minimum 1 year of IT Service Desk experience
* Strong understanding of Microsoft, Mac and mobile troubleshooting
* Professional, customer-focused approach
* Nice to Have: 3–4 years in a similar IT support role
