About the Role
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
1. Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
2. Maintain a positive, well-managed learning environment
3. Adapt quickly to different classrooms, year groups and routines
4. Support pupils’ learning and wellbeing throughout the school day
5. Build strong rapport with staff and demonstrate professionalism at all times
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
6. QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
7. Experience teaching in primary settings
8. Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills
9. A flexible, positive approach and the ability to hit the ground running
10. A passion for supporting and inspiring young learners
