In this role, you’ll support people across both prison and probation settings, helping them prepare for life beyond custody. You’ll guide them through resettlement—focusing on employment, housing, and life skills—with personalised 1:1 support and clear goal setting.
You’ll be based at HMP Elmley (3–4 days a week), with timealso spent in Sittingbourne and Maidstone Community services.
Who we’re looking for:
You’ll need experience supporting people in the criminal justice system (e.g. prison, probation, or similar). We also welcome those with experience in homelessness, addiction, or mental health support. Criminology grads with relevant voluntary experience are encouraged to apply too.
