The Role
We’re on the hunt for a passionate and capable Social Media Manager to lead and grow the social media function at Hubbl. You’ll be responsible for developing, executing and managing creative, strategic, and engaging social media campaigns across multiple platforms for a range of clients — as well as Hubbl’s own channels.
This isn’t a content scheduler job. We want someone who gets excited about building brands, crafting brilliant content, and bringing smart strategies to life — and who’s equally happy jumping into analytics and feeding back learnings to clients and the team.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver social media strategies tailored to each client’s goals and audience
* Create, schedule and post original content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and more)
* Design eye-catching visuals and work closely with our in-house designer for elevated assets
* Engage with client audiences and manage communities where relevant
* Analyse performance, spot trends, and present clear insights to clients
* Stay ahead of platform changes and identify emerging channels and tactics
* Collaborate closely with our wider team including paid media, content, design and account managers
* Help shape our internal processes and eventually grow a specialist social team
You’ll Need To Have
* At least 1 year of experience in a dedicated social media role (agency or client-side)
* Strong understanding of all major social platforms — and curiosity about niche ones
* Solid design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe
* Confidence in creating content independently and working alongside creatives
* Excellent written English and a sharp eye for detail
* A relaxed and friendly personality, paired with a high bar for quality
* A proactive, solutions-first approach — you’re someone who takes ownership

The Package
* £26,000 - £30,000 (based on experience)
* 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays) plus your birthday off
