Stretford | Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
£24,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (£60K+ OTE!)
1 in 3 weekends (remote working available)
Time Recruitment is proud to be representing a highly successful, award-winning estate agency in their search for a motivated and ambitious Property Sales Negotiator to join their thriving Manchester-based team.

Key responsibilities:
Manage your own portfolio of residential properties across the UK
Arrange viewings and present offers - all from the office (no site visits)
Negotiate sales and manage the full sales process
Upsell additional services and earn extra commission
Build strong relationships with buyers and sellers
Use Rightmove & Rightmove+ to assess market trends and pricing
✅ What we're looking for:
Proven experience in property sales with a strong track record
A confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
Highly motivated, target-driven, and passionate about property
A team player with a strong work ethic and customer-first mindset
❌ What the role doesn't involve:
No paperwork - handled by dedicated admin staff
No site visits - fully office-based
No multitasking - your sole focus is negotiating and closing sales
