Protocol Education is seeking psychology graduates with a passion for child development and behaviour to support children with additional needs in mainstream primary schools.
What You’ll Do
1. Support children with SEND, including autism, ADHD and SEMH needs
2. Turn theory into practice by helping pupils regulate emotions, engage in learning, and build positive relationships
3. Work 1:1 or in small groups alongside teachers and SENDCos
4. Support learning, routines, and social-emotional development throughout the school day
5. Gain hands-on experience that’s ideal preparation for careers in educational psychology, mental health or teaching
