Remuneration package
* Salary scale of £27,068 - £30,610
* 35 hour working week
* Pension scheme with 5.7% employer contributions
* Holiday entitlement of 40 days per annum

Key responsibilities
* Provide administrative and coordination support to transformation and improvement projects across the organisation.
* Maintain project logs, action trackers, risk registers, and documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
* Follow data standards, templates, and procedures to ensure information is recorded correctly.
* Carry out bulk or manual data entry tasks as required to support system changes and improvement activity.
* Support the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications relating to change activity.
* Assist in producing clear, concise updates, reports, and briefing materials.
* Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases relating to projects and service activity.
* Support data collection and basic reporting to inform decision-making.
* Provide cover for reception and telephone enquiries as required.
* Respond to customer queries in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
