Unmissable opportunity for a logistics focused Project Coordinator to join this growing boutique events agency.
This events agency works with a range of clients across various industry sectors to deliver engaging experiences in live, hybrid or virtual formats. They handle conferences, incentives, gala dinners and awards ceremonies from initial concept to execution, delivering a high quality event every time. The team is friendly and collaborative and operates fully remotely; easy accessibility to London is important.
Responsibilities
* Support the Project Leads with end-to-end running of a range of corporate events, focusing mainly on delegate registration and data management via Cvent.
* Assist with costings and supplier management.
* Research destinations and source venues.
* Provide on-site event support and participate in international travel as part of a collaborative team.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Good grounding in events logistics, ideally from an agency background.
* Strong experience in delegate management and registration.
* Passion for the meetings and events industry; keen to work on corporate events from conferences to incentives and exhibitions.
* Excellent organizational, data and time management skills.
* Experience with agency project management software, ideally Procim and Cvent.
