Title : Cleaning Operative - Blueschool House Contract : Permanent Location : Hereford – City Centre Hours : 10 per week Salary : £12.35 per hour Working Hours: Monday to Friday 5pm to 7pm (some flexibility to be discussed at interview) Closing Date: 08/02/2026 Interview Date: 13/02/2026 Hoople is looking to recruit a cleaning operative to be based in Central Hereford (Blueschool House). As a Cleaning Operative, you will carry out a variety of housekeeping tasks, safely and professionally and to a high standard. Your day-to-day duties will include: Cleaning of designated areas within a Council building. Mopping and sweeping floors Use of vacuum cleaners for the cleaning of carpets and stairwells Cleaning desks and other furniture Cleaning of kitchenettes Cleaning of welfare facilities - washrooms Use of equipment and machinery and handling chemicals Empty waste bins, remove rubbish to collection areas Carrying out any other reasonable management requests What you will get in return : At Hoople we understand that our people are our business and we want our colleagues to feel special.
