Head of PR & Campaign Marketing at Oliver Bonas is not about running a standard marketing playbook. We’re looking for someone imaginative, articulate and curious. Someone who’s excited to rethink how PR and campaign marketing work together, suggesting new approaches. It’s about communicating what we stand for, building relevance with our customers, and supporting sustainable growth. This role is part of the Senior Management team. Alongside delivery, you will have strong judgement, clear thinking and leadership. You’ll report directly to Olly Tress, Founder and Managing Director and work closely with Product, Creative and Commercial teams to turn ambition into focused, effective activity. What you’ll be responsible for Define and lead an integrated PR and campaign marketing strategy aligned to OB’s brand and growth ambitions Set a clear point of view on how PR works as part of campaigns, not in isolation — from long-lead storytelling to product launches, store openings and brand moments Build and deliver a focused annual campaign plan, working closely with the Campaign Manager and Head of Growth Marketing Partner with Product, Creative and Commercial teams to shape compelling, product-led stories around collections and hero products Bring clarity and credibility to goal-setting and measurement, defining success in ways the wider business can trust Consider investment exploring new ideas and opportunities. Skills and Experience: Proven track record of devising and implementing industry-leading integrated PR and campaign marketing strategies at a retail brand (fashion, home, or lifestyle) Significant experience leading and delivering successful multi-channel brand campaigns that have demonstrably increased brand awareness and commercial performance Deep expertise in PR and media relations with established relationships across fashion, lifestyle, and broadcast media Experience developing and executing influencer strategies that drive authentic brand engagement Proven ability to balance brand-building with commercial objectives, understanding how earned and owned media contribute to customer acquisition and retention Exceptional team building and talent management experience, with a track record of developing high-performing marketing teams Experience using media monitoring software (Cision or similar) Knowledge of social media management and analytics tools A highly creative communicator both written and verbal with strong emotional intelligence Exceptional storytelling ability with proven track record of generating standout media coverage
